It is possible to switch to the Chinese language in the mod settings. The only thing that doesn't change is the text from the settings

The attack counter for the roar doesn't work against structures and companions. And in the recent update, the counter goes back to 0 if it doesn't register any more attacks in 10 seconds. The roar is a mechanic for cooperative fights, because the roar doesn't restore health or sanity to yourself, and it roars by itself
