I don't want to be picky but for some reason this mod still seems to have some buildings with missing textures in the trainstation_02 map with an error code that says (Material models/props_buildings/buildingset003a has bad reference count 0 when being bound) but maybe its just me

You have no idea how long I've waited for a mod like this

The building in Point Insertion, the one with the strider Passing is Egregiously not well fixed, of course you may have issues, although thats my only gripe, seeing the badly edited building in the skybox.

This is the best with beta aesthetics 3.0
