Hi! I can't do anything about your GPU, but you can try some mods like Miniature Cities, which should improve graphic performance.
Regarding the skyscraper textures, this mod is just a graphical tweak to avoid 19th-century cities in 2000 and is not mine.
Actually, postmodern ones look more like 1970s skyscrapers, so they're better for Tech&Res than vanilla. By the way, from an aerial perspective, cities with post modern skyscraper mod still look quite white, modern, and beautiful.

Hello, what are the stages for the different buildings? I have seen the "medium" skyscrapers and the tall skyscrapers, but all of them have a 1930s aesthetic. Is there a more modern style? I played until 1975 almost finishing the research tree and with states that have city level 3000+ and no other style shows up. Also the skyscrapers are way too detailed and destroys my graphics card

There was an update to Modern Style City including postmodern style buildings that are not integrated into this mod which causes them to show up in 1890s
