Females who have had hysterectomy, or a male with TBI or testicular injury would have needed estrogen or testosterone to combat symptoms of fatigue, mental fog, muscular atrophy, weight gain. So, this mod would be super immersive viewed from that lens.

It does not. If you want to create a FTM character for example, you would give your character the male character model at the point of creation.

I thought to myself very literally last night, "I'd be kinda fun if I had to find and manage Testosterone mid zompoc" and then shrugged and went back to base building. Went to go browse mods this morning and sure enough. And yet... I can't help but be puzzled by the fact that I'm not even a fraction of the amount of happy to see this as I thought I'd be. I'm certainly not upset, by any means. But my overall reaction isn't the "Yay!" I thought it'd be. Simply just, "Meh, neat."
