@Pumpkin.Wizard, you will need to wait until the bar vendor recycles for new stock to be added - this would be at most after 24h so either take an in-game nap or do a couple of missions and it should appear.

Can you make a MTS-255-12 (yes the revolving shotgun from tarkov) i feel like it would fit

I think it would be okay if the ergonomics were set at around 70.
This gun needs to be quickly draw from close range - because of it's accuracy and .45 AP's penetration level -, but with the current ergonomics, it is too difficult.
