@Bodacious Cowboy A building can only have 4 textures (one for each direction), thus I can't add a 5th one. But I can make a patch so the Perspective: Buildings mod would allow to mirror all the signs if you'd like.

You're welcome! :tabbycat: I will consider making more signs later on (with 1.6 version release) but I make no promises as for the specific dates - I'm currently busy working on textures for the Warhammer mods. %_%
And yes, medieval prop textures are def lacking, I wish I could draw more proficient and faster, so I could try to make some of those too..but that is not on the table rn, that's for sure.

Yeah the tab clutter is a worry but I would also say there are essential signs and most are "would be nice but not essential" like essential would be tavern, tailor, smith, hospital, prison, library/school, religious building (church/temple/shrine etc), veggie shop, butcher and mining while things like crop fields, stable, animal pen, storage shack, bakery, jewellery shop etc would be nice but they aren't main village centre buildings, important buildings, things that wouldn't commonly be sign posted or just not commonly done by most players or play through, does that make sense? speaking of props and decor (and just making conversation) I would love more medieval/fantasy props and decor that make the settlement look more lived in, more a live, clutter stuff that maybe adds a little beauty lol and better statues and structures that doesn't require and artists table. I hate how the artist stuff is random and the designs are meh lol

Ah, got it, I thought maybe I missed smth from vanilla game :nippy:
I can't add the same icons that MO has, bc they're someone else's textures and I don't have MO dependency anymore like I had with the Extra Signs mod. So I'd have to draw my own versions. Technically I could do that, yes, but I'm worried about the Furniture tab cluttering, bc it would be 20-ish similar buildings in that tab.
Maybe I should do a patch for the VFE - Props and Decor mod so all the sign will be hidden in theirs custom menu..

facepalm at myself, I meant the icons that came with medieval overhaul that you don't have a matching sign for, like the stone grinding bowl thingy and I think there is maybe another 1 or 2 icons??? I like to have your signs outside each non residential building that give a good idea of what the building is, makes it feel more a live to me lol hospital/tavern/school/storage barn/mining shack/smithy/tailor/veg shop/meat shop/jewellery shop/animal pens etc BUT NO PRESSURE!!!! I would be over the moon to just get one sign to symbolise a medieval hostial building lol thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly! your awesome :D

Any chance you could add all the sign icons that come with game? I much prefer the look of your signs and would like if I didn't have to mix and much and maybe a few extras? like a potion bottle icon or something that would symbolise an apothecary/infirmary etc

@xForcer They can't be grouped without mods afaik, bc they're stuffable (can be made of out of different kinds of wood in this case).

Nice signs! I'd also like to see a modern or anachronistic set. Also, maybe a blank sign and a set of "buildable" icons you can put on top, perhaps costing a dye or something?

@Mewn Goddess Yes, I can see what you mean. It looks great as it is, but a designated sign for each profession (or workshop etc.) is what I was going for myself. It's of course your mod, don't let one comment make you change it if you don't want to. :steamhappy:

@TaikaJamppa There are already 12 signboards and I'd rather not make a ridiculous amout of them to keep the furniture tab clean-ish. I can make another one ofc, but I don't want to make another similar texture (I mean the Quarry one already has a hammer).
I would've added one with an anvil, but MO already has one, and I don't want my textures to look like rip-offs x)
Sooo maaaybe I'll add the Blacksmith sign if I'll end up with a decent texture.

I am rather disappointed that there's no sign for Blacksmith or their shop. :steamsad: I mean, your sign for Armory is close enough, but one with a real hammer or two would fit blacksmith better...
