Had a lot of fun with this one. Haven't played Alyx for a while so had to turn down difficulty to normal O:) I know, the shame. Good use of the voice overs. Wish it had a bit more story but I cannot complain. Very well done. Thanks.

Nice map! I really like your use of the mounted cannon, very satisfying and extremely rare to see in a custom map! Love how you efficiently set-up the main goal and the ending vista, cool stuff!
I had a few issues with performance though, from small hiccups in the most dense areas to requiring a full restart after opening the Fabricator shortcut near the turret staircase sequence.
Still, it was great fun all around, thank you for your work!

One of my favorite maps and I've literally played hundreds starting from the Top Rated. It's pretty cool how you manage to set it up so the player is frequently down to the last bullet before (luckily) locating another clip. Man, was I getting pissed to find Resin instead of ammo! LOL! The hardest part for me was the courtyard with the Bazooka gun. I could only take out 3, at most, before having to retreat to the garage, and I patiently knocked off the rest of them one by one. This is a beautifully constructed map, some items hard to find, but isn't that the point of the game? You gotta do some thinking and work it out. The only complaint I have and it's minor is the ending. Kind of anti-climactic. I was expecting some mass destruction, but the end scene is beautiful. Great job! Added to my Collection! :steamthumbsup:

Nice mod! I also got temporarily stuck at the "find the battery" part but eventually found it. Maybe make it a bit more obvious since it doesn't sound like I was the only one and it was a bit frustrating there for a while. Otherwise, great!

That elevator turret was really cool. Very polished level, feels like it could have seamlessly fit in the main campaign

Absolutely great. it felt like it was in the middle of the actual HLA campaign. The fights were good, the gun progression felt natural, and even had some cool challenges I've never seen before, like the turret on the lift. That was really fun.
I especially liked how during the part where you use the grenade turret, you put the Suppressor right in front of the destructible wall, ensuring players would shoot in that direction to open the way up, that's some high level game design right there. Thanks for making.

This mod was one of my favorite mods! Very clever, attention to detail, high quality, the battles were fun. Thanks a bunch for sharing this mod with the community 1600 frogs!

@Disguised Poison that doesn't immediately sound like a bug. Could you take a look at λrokh's video below and confirm that you're not missing something ahead of you in the attic? You shouldn't need to backtrack at that point. If it is a bug and you have any more details I can use to reproduce it, let me know in the Bug Reports thread (thanks for taking the time!).

It was the 2nd hint that helped me :)
I may have found a bug (?). SPOILER: After I have reached the top of the multiple-floors building Russell warned that the Combine were on their way, and the music denoting action started playing. Except that the Combine soldiers never arrived. I waited a bit up there, then I went downstairs to the street where the cannon with the shield is, but still no one came. The music is still playing though. I also used the cannon in case that would trigger them, but nope! I must be missing something. Thanks in advance 1600 frogs

Turned out great! I love how the story is incorporated into the HLA timeline.

@Disguised Poison Depending on where you're getting stuck you either need to Look for an intractable on a wall near the battery deposit or Look for a way up to the broken window once you're inside

I am enjoying your map very much.
However, I need a bit of help. I was not able to find a walk-through. I'm stuck at the part where I am expected to find a battery. A hint would be appreciated :)
