Scrin's an interesting idea. There's a couple of Brotherhood of Nod Civs, and I made a Tiberian Sun-oriented GDI a while back, but no Scrin. I've got several mods that are half-finished that I want to get completed, but after all those are done I could look into making the Scrin. Sounds fun.
