When playing with a gamepad, there are no bolt icon in the item selection wheel and no "remove" icon. They are not in the original "ui_icon_equipment" file.

I dunno why they removed the drink, but the Red Cross thing is because the actual IRL Red Cross gets mad at game companies that use it. It's why you don't see it much on medicine anymore in video games.
