Word of advice: Don't use this mod as it stands because B42's ragdolls are very unpredictable. Even without this mod from time to time, I get weird results. It's to be expected, but this mod only amplifies such occurrences.

This mod was the cause of my savefile crashing each time it loaded. I believe a flying zombie near my base was making the save crash every time it loaded. Nice idea but sadly have to pass, almost lost my save.

Unfortunately there's not much I can do to fix issues with ragdolls themselves.

great mod but as others have stated there is a bugged out flying zombie that causes mass panic to character and crashes my game

Hi, I have subscribed to the mod but it isnt showing up on my in-game mod list, am I doing something wrong/missing something? Please help me with this somebody.

The character on my playthrough entering a state of max panic when seeing one of the bugged out, texture-warped floaters is both hilarious and endearing. A couple I've managed to shoot down but I'm not taking any chances with melee....

So i figured out that this mod somehow glitches and never lets a body stay still long enough to register as "dead". so when you reload the game, the game will just assume they were alive and boom they're alive again. its very strange.

I don't know if it's the mod or because ragdolling in the game is still a wip, but I will occasionally see zombies flailing, flopping, and glitching all over the place. As hilarious and harmless as it is, I figured I'd comment about it just in case it is a bug with the mod

I don't exactly know why it happens, but with this mod enabled there are quite a few zombies that starts flying around... while funny it's quite worrying to see flying zombies

[SOLVED] the issue with the ragdoll freezing after melee death happend when this mod is active, but the ragdoll is off in the config guys

im having a similar issue when zombies die from another mod's effects. the mod makes it so that when they attack something that isnt the player(a fence, a car, a door, etc.), they take damage. if that damage kills them, the zombies ragdoll but arent actually dead. im betting its the same type of issue.

It is because my script doesn't handle zombie deaths by fire even though they enter ragdoll when dead. I'm looking into it :steamthumbsup:

I don't know whether it's this mod directly causing it, but I've noticed when clearing an area with fire, dead zomboids are stuck in ragdoll mode (they don't "set" and become lootable, if you know what I mean) and burn infinitely. Leaving the cell and returning to the area later, the zombies are alive again. My assumption is that this mod is having some sort of unfavourable interaction, since without the mod I think burning zomboids wouldn't ragdoll. I could be wrong though. Great mod, otherwise!

Thank you for feedback but there isn't much I can do to fix ragdoll behaviour since modding it is quite limited at the moment. Modders can only change hitreaction values which only apply to guns at the moment. If there is bugs with ragdoll behaviour it is because the feature is unfinished and the developers of the game are still working on it.

i have this problem too, zombie flying around after killed by hitting barricade (i use mod barricade hurt zombie), but after i reload save, the zombie alive again and not flying arround. Hope it can help author to solved the problem

I don't know what this is connected with, but my zombies just fly or get stuck in the ground, and they fly in the sense that they are thrown from side to side in the air (not all, but somewhere around 2-3 out of 10). I have a bunch of mods installed. But when I disable this one, everything becomes normal. Maybe a conflict, or maybe a problem with the mod itself, since it doesn't show errors. But the mod itself is very cool, I played with it for several hours, I'll wait for the problem to be solved

I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful with that unlootable problem typoma. I really don't think it was an issue your mod was causing, but the game itself. I appreciate your efforts! Sometime you just gotta "sweep it under the rug" :D

I'll let this one pass, I'm playing multiplayer with friends and it is not possbile yet on that build.

Make sure you are on unstable branch, this mod only works for B42 version of the game.
