Ok, works when the unofficial patch mod is gone

Not working for some reason. Works on the other 2 Stalkers.

This mod is obsolete as of 1.1.1, there is no reason to use it. It has been bundled in base game.

This mod only works if you play the game with keyboard and mouse. If you are using a gamepad, the menu ads still load. You can test it on the fly if you have a gamepad on your pc:

- At the main menu, move the mouse a bit or press any key, you will see no ad window. Press any button on your gamepad and the ad will appear. Move the mouse again and it disappear.

Yep the No Main Menu Ads did not works if you have the No Main Menu Ads (who add lots of cool stuff too) -.-!

so on top of it being a half-baked 'for a modern audience' edition, the enhanced version has built in ads? damn. glad i didnt waste my time downloading the 'enhanced' edition

@squirtbomb and anyone else having the same issue. There is an Unofficial patch on the workshop, if you have that disable it. Worked for me. Although you won't have the UO Patch.

@Hyphen if you're such a corpo slave that you love playing with ads plastered over the menu, good for you. You can choose not to install the mod. If people don't like the ads, why should they not be able to remove them
