Thank you very much for this version. I have enough of the newest patches - I went back to 3.11 before machine age started the recent power creep. The new ascensions are just over the top. Does this work with 3.11 eventhough it sais 3.14? When I start it works all fine yet, but I'm not far into the game right now...

THANK YOU. Gotta Have it. Treasure. Take my points. Yeah same, 4.0 is trash. I doubt it'll be good. Paradox can't make updates to save their life. I'll just accept the state the game is in rn, and enjoy what's left. Playing 1.34.2 on EU4 as well for the past 3 years. The only games they haven't totally fucked up has been HOI4 and CK3. I'm sure that'll change.
