@JosephNFS no the 'ragdoll' in bms is just a sphere with a ragdoll material applied to it that has the player's view attached to it.

whenever i download the playerlib mod alongside this, the crowbar, as well as any remodel thereof, breaks and gets replaced by an error model.

So turns out that Dynamic Light (Projectiles) and Dynamic Fire Glow (and therefore the Standalone Flashlight [HL2/EP1]) are the ones conflicting with this. It doesn't matter if they have a high or low priority, it doesn't work.

Oh God. After too much testing I found the problem. The script is only executed in the first map I boot. After I reload/boot a new map, it stops working. I don't know why this happens, but I hope you have an idea of why it happens

TerraTheMyssss - try to install these manually into a custom folder for your hl2 game, or in the game files

(ex. E:\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\custom\my_custom_stuff\cfg\...
scriptfiles.cfg ) you can put the script files in there.

I did everything, tested every addon one by one, and none of them was causing the error. I think the problem is that I have too many addons installed.

Try to disable other scripts one by one and see which one conflicts with this mod.

And yes, I have both Script MultiLoader, PlayerLib and Serverside Ragdolls installed and they are on the top priority

I did all the ridding and edited the .QC file thing but it only worked the first time I booted a map. Also the only scripts I have installed are Dynamic Fire Glow, Friendly Fire, Dynamic Light (Projectiles), QoL: Larger Flashlight Fov, Standalone Flashlight [HL2/EP1] and Custom Voiceover Fix. I don't know how any of those addons are conflicting with this one

Could be other script mod conflict.
Most of the scripts when installed together tend to not work for some reason.
As for rigging try to add custom attachment point called "camera_point" in .qc file.
$attachment "camera_point" "ValveBiped.Bip01_Head1" 0 0 0 rotate 0 -90 -90
You can attach it to any bone not just Bip01_Head1. Player model files also should be installed directly into hl2_complete folder.

I got it to work and I believe the way you do it (From what I can tell is when your in hl2_complete you need to make file called custom and click into it make another folder and call it root and then place the model that you installed

Slight Issue though I already installed the Playermodel files and put it into my hl2_complete and I also tried putting it into just the hl2 file but still nothing

Ok so I kinda made it work by reuploading this to the workshop on a private page but for some reason it only works the first time I load a map

can you update the overwatch voice from ep1 to make it sound more glitchy and laggy

because valve did a lazy job and just took some voicelines and slowed them down

Also this is my last addon for HL2 probably. I can't stand this buggy scripting method which shouldn't even work this way, is not compatible with loading multiple scripts and workshop refusing to update or load custom stuff.

Workshop sucks ass actually,it doesn't add physics to playermodel despite files being present in the mod so you'll have to install playermodel files manually from google drive link in description. There's a full tutorial in bugs & issues thread which should clear problems with this mod.

It uses standard ValveBiped skeleton so if you use any gmod playermodel and add new attachment point called "camera_point" it should work.

Hey So when I was trying to test the mod everytime I died my guy just simply T-pose and I get the error in my Console Command

Looks awesome, though you could try making a version that uses the same texture directory as the hev prop, that way it's instantly compatible with most reskins
