I've updated the mod to include a new Reset button that restores the original speed.
To ensure the changes take effect, you may need to manually delete the existing mod folder (3483794328) from the Spellforce Platinum Edition\mod directory and copy the updated one from steamapps\workshop\content\39540.
I just installed this mod and it is very good time saver.
Would you consider adding bind and/or button to restore original speed?
I published the same mod on Nexus Mods [www.nexusmods.com].
You can try to add downloaded files files manually to game directory (Scripts folder).

New mod update has now buttons too, above the minimap.
I suppose you were trying to apply the mod to game with patch 1.54, which do not have Steam Workshop modding enabled .
Try following guide in this link .
If that will not work, it may be caused by some collision with different mod, as it changes specific Lua file. In that case, I will be trying to change the location of the mod and update it soon.
