the game is using an engine thats older than most people currently using steam, aka, very early 2000s to late 90s, and was made before game modding was even a thing, let alone a dev supported thing. the engine was used to make multiple games, and modding them was a minor miracle. it does not help it uses an antiquated coding language called C. IF i ever try, and IF it works, ill be super happy, and i actually might try out of curiosity. but i do not think it will ever happen due to that.
As for flying Dutchman, i might. and as for perks reworked. i tried and failed to figure out how. sorry
It /shouldn't/ be that difficult, no? I'm a noob when it comes to that but every asset is basically in the game just waiting to be used via some coding-line.
