Thank you for the responses man no worries, still not expecting you to redo the whole mod or do a submod just for TWM as that was not the point of my post this is just a "PSA", still I use your mod for my other campaigns as it just makes the factions look better than vanilla.
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 6. okt. kl. 0:18
Sorry if I came across a bit dismissive earlier... Long day... :) I have looked into it and the problem is that the TWM mod radically changes the Empire entries in the factions_tables database, which means that any mod that changes that specific entry won't work with the TWM mod.

Releasing an entire submod to accomodate for this would be a bit excessive as it would mean that I would have to release this entire mod twice with only one single file removed or edited. Instead I think it would be much better if the creator of the TWM mod simply changed it so that the Empire factions were 'new' factions that replace the standard Empire factions instead of using the vanilla entries.

Alternatively, you can open my mod locally yourself using RPFM and delete the factions_tables file. Just be aware that this will change the colours of ALL factions in the game back to their (incorrect) vanilla colours.

If its above the flags work but the problem persists,if its below the flags dont work still the problem still exist, which is a shame cause I think your flags suit the Vanilla and the TWM vibe better.
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 5. okt. kl. 8:02
I expect it has to do with the factions_tables entry. Does the problem persist if you put the TWM mod below this one in the load order?
LOLOlex 5. okt. kl. 5:47
@RobinHat, I forgot to post a comment on the TWM page thanks for reminding me bro.

I just wanted to let you and other players know that even though its a cosmetic mod it's weird that it affects recruitment.

So if other players are experiencing the recruitment problem on not just TWM but on other unit or overhaul mods and like me with 300+ mods didn't expect a mod overhauling flags to cause a recruitment problem, and so this is to let others know to test if this mod is the one causing it.

PS this is not a complaint this is just a "PSA".
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 4. okt. kl. 22:20
@LOLOlex, Well this mod doesn't claim to be a submod for TWM, so I'm not really sure what you want me to do about it.

Did you comment on the TWM mod's page as well?
LOLOlex 4. okt. kl. 18:17
After many many hours of turning on and off mods I found out that TWM and this mod is incompatible, the effect is that you can't recruit any units.
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 2. okt. kl. 21:16
@Un Arbre Magique, I have tested it with SFO and it works fine. I don't know what is causing your crash.
stempkonto 2. okt. kl. 9:56
i tried it with only your mod enabled and some citybars definitly don't fit perfectly. no huge deal obviously.
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 2. okt. kl. 7:57
I'll look into it asap
Un Arbre Magique 2. okt. kl. 6:51
Hello, i am playing SFO collection for a few days already and my game now crash when loading my latest save... can it be because of your update ? i reached out to another dev that updated his mod, got a backup to test but it still crash.. do you have by any chance a backup of your mod so i can try please ?
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 1. okt. kl. 11:10
Do you have my mod at the top of the loading order? The ones you mention should fit (except for Norsca, which I plan on giving an overhaul soon).
stempkonto 1. okt. kl. 10:16
so tzeentch, slaanesh and tomb kings fit very badly.
cathay, lizardmen, helves, welves, warriors of chaos, daemons, southern realms, nurgle and norsca either overlap slightly or have gaps. obviously warriors of chaos all have different shapes and for southern realms they still use the standard empire frame.
and in my opinion the vanilla brettonia one is just kinda boring.
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 1. okt. kl. 7:44
@stempkonto, They generally should be. Can you tell me which ones I have missed?
stempkonto 1. okt. kl. 6:38
love this mod. but i would love to see the citybars (capital city frames) cleaned up to match the new icon shapes
DeGamerGünni 26. sep. kl. 15:38
AAAAAWWWWEEEESSSSOOOMMMEEE .... Great, thank you so very much :-)
Shingsora 25. sep. kl. 1:57
i thinks LCCP 16 new faction in IEE have change their banner , can you look into it , i love old khrone flag in khuresh btw
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 24. sep. kl. 20:54
I'll look into it.
Partypus 24. sep. kl. 12:29
IEE has also received a new update, 9 new minor factions with new flags have been added, and two old factions have received flag redesigns (Clan Rikek in Khuresh and Ro-Bie in Khosun)
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 24. sep. kl. 11:01
Point taken. I decided to keep it simple and use the Bretonnian religious symbol of the Fleur, but I might give it an update in the future.
Partypus 24. sep. kl. 10:56
It seems to me that you've lost the meaning of the Holy Wardens faction flag in TOW a bit.
This faction based on the Brettonian RoR, Holy Wardens of La Maisontaal. The wooden base is because they are wanderers, and the emblem and color scheme represent their unique weapons.
Ganon Cannon 20. sep. kl. 8:39
Yea I am having issues with the wh3 MM when ever I change order it seems to move other things. I might just be slow on understanding how the modded manager works.
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 20. sep. kl. 6:29
It's generally a good idea to put my mod in the top. It doesn't change anything except for visuals so there is no risk of getting in the way of other mods and their mechanics, but it ensures that the game reads the textures from my mod as the primary ones.
Ganon Cannon 20. sep. kl. 4:23
Never mind the strangest thing, I had to put it at the top of the load order for the IEE flags to work, super strange, does not affect any other flags in regards to order of mods.
Ganon Cannon 20. sep. kl. 4:14
Sorry was late at night, the IEE flags have not seemed to change to your new updated ones, I am asking if it requires a new save file to see new ones you have added?
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 19. sep. kl. 21:10
I'm not really sure what you are asking
Ganon Cannon 19. sep. kl. 15:51
Do the immortal empire expanded flags need a new file? the Okumoto and Sanyo show up normally but your update may have been during
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 19. sep. kl. 13:42
Cobra_Kaii, yes that's the plan.
JazzMonk 19. sep. kl. 11:14
Wow nice!
Cobra_Kaii 19. sep. kl. 10:21
Are you going to continue with vanilla battle banners? :steamhappy:
Aldaraia 19. sep. kl. 8:52
I'm so glad you included Mixu's mods in, you're the GOAT dude:steamhappy:
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 19. sep. kl. 6:20
That sounds great! Why don't you make that submod? :) Seems like you pretty much already have.
jimmymenNL 19. sep. kl. 5:50
@RobinHat If I change something in your mod (for testing only) in RPFM—specifically in faction_tables where Marienburg is, and change the names for unit, ship, name group, unit regiment name group, and ship name group from names_emp_empire to hkrul_names_emp_marienburg—then it works for the names atleast. I think if a submod could do only that, it would be fine. The same goes for the Yin-Yin mod with the Black Flag Fleet.
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 19. sep. kl. 3:21
It's on the list
Lidiaz 19. sep. kl. 2:44
Nice work on LCCP! Will you do SCM's Marienburg ?
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 16. sep. kl. 22:13
@JazzMonk I am doing those as we speak, so stay tuned! :)
JazzMonk 16. sep. kl. 17:31
This mod is a permanent must in my load order! I'm sure you've gotten the request, but I'd love to see the LCCP added factions.
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 15. sep. kl. 4:40
I do find it really weird that it is affecting names though. I mean names are defined by certain database files which are not in my mod at all.
jimmymenNL 15. sep. kl. 4:01
Yeah, I know what you mean, but I think it might eventually need some submods for those then to works perfectly, since those mods change the flags themselves. For some reason, that makes them not really
fully compatible then.
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 14. sep. kl. 11:19
So you are saying that my mod (which doesn't alter names at all) makes another mod (which alters names) not show its names correctly? Shouldn't this be something that you should be posting on the other mod's page?

Not trying to be a dick here, but this mod ONLY changes faction banners and colours. If there is some sort of clash with a mod that adds factions or characters - and the problem is with that other mod's names and characters not showing up properly - wouldn't that be the other mod's problem?

Do you understand my point? :)
jimmymenNL 14. sep. kl. 10:24
when i use this mod with the marienburg mod or with the yin yin the submod for the pirate faction, then the characters form that mod does not show up with there names anymore for some reason
Владыка Тильта 14. sep. kl. 10:24
See Norsca overhaul already in work.
Skaelings become even cooler! Vanaheimlings previous variant was prety, new one fine too.
Wish change for "Khrag" recieve something hungish themed icon instead of dark elves rune.
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 13. sep. kl. 1:33
The old one was Archaon's actual shield rather than this one, which tries to encapsulate the feel of the 'primary' Chaos Warriors lord - but I absolutely take your point and I will take a look at Archaon's symbol soon.
You are correct that it is slightly generic at the moment. I think my main problem with the other one was that it was slightly "messy" and crude.
NorscanWarlord 13. sep. kl. 1:01
i think the old one is way better looking and more unique, not a huge fan of the new one personally sadly, it looks to generic compared to the other ones
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 12. sep. kl. 23:00
Don't you think it was a bit messy? I always thought I got it completely wrong. This new one is ominous and simple, which I find a bit more in character with Archaon.
NorscanWarlord 12. sep. kl. 17:06
Do you still have the old Warhost of the apocalypse faction flag? i prefer that one than the new :(
SwordMaster 11. sep. kl. 3:34
if you ever get bored, you can make another mod converting everything to the new warhammer fantasy rebranded as the old world xD
RobinHat  [ophavsmand] 7. sep. kl. 10:22
I do plan on giving Norsca a bit of an overhaul soon, but I can tell you that Tong at least is more lore-accurate with the star. The Skaeling are known for being a Khorne-worshipping tribe, so the blue colour just makes no sense to me, and the longship symbol just fits much better with Wulfrik (for obvious reasons). Dreaded Wo will get a banner soon - I simply forgot to do them when I did the others.
Владыка Тильта 7. sep. kl. 10:15
Mod looking fascinating! But i'll mark variants which dissapoint me:
Skeggi, Tongs and Kuj all recieved just eight ponted star instead of their simple but stylish icons, when Naglfarlings, Vanaheimlings and Goromadny who switch softly changed Tzeench (Especially Naglfarlings with their twisted wyrm.)
I'll miss old Skaellings banner with their colouration but at the same time new one reference on their tradition with tatto in form of dragons.
Plus new icon for Dreaded Wo?
Loup Solitaire 7. sep. kl. 8:28
Thx :)
