Unfortunately PDX has changed the format for the files and these cityscapes are not compatible with the new format anymore. This mod is most likely outdated for good, as I don't play Stellaris myself atm and don't have motivation to go and fix it all, as it would probably require individual polishes for each of the graphics. If someone wants to take them over and remake them, please feel free to do so, but remember to credit the original author.

Little Tee made the new Ecumenopolis for Pirate, Organic and Cryptic.
The Flying city will go to a fallback city when upgraded to Ecu.

Sweet, do you plan to make variants for them or just leave them be? maybe have some vanilla ecumenopolis textures override them when built?

Thanks, you're the best! I like using that one for religious storm-worshiping empires and certain avian empires, and its just nice to have the option for more fantasy-style empires i might make!
