Freaking nightmare pack, we need nightmare m16 as m16 instead scar

This is the m16 slot in regular l4d, it replaced the SCAR in nightmare because at the time the scar was the auto rifle in nightmare.

I unlisted it because it apparently doesn't work correctly online outside of nightmare pack, which was the only reason I ever made that alt to begin with.
