For anyone who has the Shiny Textures Issue with this Skin: Type mat_specular 0 in Console.
It worked for me in GMOD & TF2 so it should Work in L4D2.

the addon files can be found in your left 4 dead 2 folder/addons - search through the pictures there and copy the matching vpk file to your desktop :boomer:

Apart from the destroyed phong, or alpha channels contaning phong exponent, yes the textures are larger.

The VTF image filesize is 4096 x 2048 - High Definition.
