None, it's a contraption you find in the contraptions section. I don't know, maybe if you did some light reading you'd answer your question.

B+ tier. turn on gore mode then open any map you want and go to saved builds. then you'll find the human w organs.

This isn't a mod, it USES a organ prop mod, and I just stuffed the props inside the human.

Yeah didn't work I tried trimming down the amount of mods I to 6 pages, I have the gore mod enabled but when I shot the human in the chest point blank with the shotgun (in peoples play ground) the gore mod doesn't work any suggestions on how to get it to work?
