in EU4, there are two types of events: mean time to happen events, and pulse events. Pulse events will show up randomly at certain timepoint , like certain date(depends on tags)、when u siege a fort、when u try to find Seven City and so on. With this mod, u can choose any event available at the "certain timepoint", or u can cancel this function by decision and let pulse events still show up randomly

so what does this mod do exactly? like can i turn off some certain messages like after i have conquered a province?
