Even if it doesn't look realistic, the physics still is.
Change the decals in the settings if it looks too bad.

please add these:
-damage type blacklist (so blood is more realistic)
-dont spam decals in the same place to waste ram and the decal limit
-maximum decals per npc/ragdoll (so u cant infinitely spawn blood from one corpse)
