The fact you need to highlight the silhouette to say "Look! It's totally not the Pyro, it's the Engineer! See!?" shows the issue with this item set.

I personally completely disagree, there are already cosmetics that cover an existing mercenary's head, with no detriment to class recognition

I've included an image to show how even with the cosmetic, and at a distance, there is no way that this cosmetic can be confused as any other class like Pyro

I think you can do without the welding shield for this set because its not really appropriate to cover up a merks head, to the point where you don't know who they are, you have essentially created a different character with it.
