@jbrandyman hmmm, very weird, since I usually copy/paste config files from my other mods, either I replaced those lines by accident, or something went wrong with it, really weird indeed.

In the files XComContent.ini it has "Soldier" listed 4 times instead of "Soldier", "ReaperSoldier", "SkirmisherSoldier", and "TemplarSoldier", once I changed these manually everything was correct again

Must be from one of the 220+ mods I have doing something weird. I'll leave this as a comment in case anyone else needs it as a fix or experiences the same bug.

@jbrandyman That's odd. And the first time I hear about it. Likelly another mod conflict. Do you have all DLCs? And do you use Highlander and UCR? I never had anything similar happens, so what I usually do is recommend people to use the same few mods I keep installed, just to make sure.

I don't know whether this is an issue with your mod or an update changed the way files are named, but many of your mod the Legs show up duplicated under normal soldiers (four of the same leg names show up) and don't show up for the three hero classes (templar, reaper, skirmisher)
