tbh would just change the fortification trait itself so it buffs all the fortifications.

Good point. For now it only works with HQ. It's not affecting any fortification units

only getting a single move out of the Headquarters made it much worse to put any units in the headquarters, it keeps them out of combat so they can heal properly, the lack of movement afterwords just made that painful, good on you for making this change, will it work with any of the other buildings, imperial guard bastion? Space Marines Fortress of redemption?
