I submit it, but it didn't show up in my blueprint

Where do i find them ?
Abyzmi 28 Feb, 2015 @ 7:59am
These are pretty nice turrets, but their lack of conveyors makes them next to useless...
Neisan Hiyake 23 Feb, 2015 @ 7:12am
how do you use this mod? is it something you have to build yourself, because i can't find it ingame
Yamcha  [author] 16 Dec, 2014 @ 5:24pm
@WHS_hitman Well yeah that's the point.
WHS_Hitman 16 Dec, 2014 @ 1:34pm
@Yamcha It only works if you turn off the weapons to all the other turrets. The only way i have made it work so far is by attaching the turrets with landing gear.
Yamcha  [author] 16 Dec, 2014 @ 12:51pm
@WHS_hitman Assign them to different groups.
WHS_Hitman 16 Dec, 2014 @ 11:41am
Any way to only fire the weapons on the turret you are controlling? If so i wanted to put several on a ship.
WHS_Hitman 14 Dec, 2014 @ 9:55am
@Yamcha i redid the design with a single rotor and it seemed to cut down on the effect of movement. it still moves the ship slightly, but is much smoother and doesn't feel stuck.
WHS_Hitman 14 Dec, 2014 @ 9:35am
@I'mATropicalFruit i'll redo the design with a single rotor and let you know how it goes.
Yamcha  [author] 14 Dec, 2014 @ 9:32am
@WHS_hitman Most likely is the problem. I've stuck with a single rotor ever since I played around with turrets after creating this workshop.
WHS_Hitman 14 Dec, 2014 @ 9:25am
@I'mATropicalFruit could it be something to do with the rotors? i used 2 rotors.
Da Warptrekka 13 Dec, 2014 @ 6:44am
ah and btw, i think your creations are underrated... especially the hover tank.... HIT the Rate up button guys!!!
Yamcha  [author] 13 Dec, 2014 @ 6:40am
@Ragner_Yager Thanks!
Da Warptrekka 13 Dec, 2014 @ 1:05am
your turrets are really cool, i used them on my creation, and must say tey are well balanced. even when you use the vanilla parts. I credited you in the description.
Yamcha  [author] 10 Dec, 2014 @ 5:48pm
@WHS_hitman I've never tried making a large ship turret before but the gyros on the turret shouldn't be able to move the ship since they're on different ship grids.
WHS_Hitman 10 Dec, 2014 @ 2:37pm
I tried using your designs with large blocks, but ran into a problem with the giros on the turret moving the whole ship instead of the turret moving up and down. turret would spin freely but felt stuck when moving vertically.
Vinier McNuggNugg 10 Dec, 2014 @ 12:27pm
lol i followed someones link to someone elses build then i saw a completely diffrent guy with a link back here xD
Vinier McNuggNugg 10 Dec, 2014 @ 12:23pm
good job! (at like this is a good looking thumbs up)
kris220b 8 Dec, 2014 @ 11:02am
uhhhh
the small ship rail cannon
OP
makes a 4x4x5 hole trough heavy armor
Yamcha  [author] 5 Dec, 2014 @ 12:44pm
@MECK Sounds great although I'll probably be working mostly on the turret portion. Not so great with the chassis :P
Yamcha  [author] 5 Dec, 2014 @ 12:42pm
@kennet0508 Great improvisation of my work. Glad that it inspired you to make it and I hope that my works will inspire others as well.
kennet0508 5 Dec, 2014 @ 7:47am
hey man! i just want to say great work! and i wanted to give cudos to you, cause i copied a little of your work in my build @ http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=348327245&tscn=1417746790

Keep up the awesome work!
MECK 4 Dec, 2014 @ 6:07pm
@#I'mATropicalFruit Yeah, iv used some 9mm before, i have some 5mm for my panzer V ( i set it at 11 before i went to 5mm), iv done alot of tank shit, even looking at other peoples tank 2 rotors, we should get on a server at some point in time, and build a bad ass tank ( im working on alot of old tanks and what not ( my current project is a Pzrwgn 4 G (panzer 4) ( moded with a 88 ( cuz it looks nice))
Yamcha  [author] 4 Dec, 2014 @ 3:38pm
For the two rotor turrets I have showcased in this workshop I've stuck with 0 mm (probably not the best numbers) but for the single rotors I've found out that 9 mm works the best for fluid motion (not done in this workshop). Building stuff like this requires a lot of experimentation and time so I don't know if these numbers will work for you but do hope they do, if not then just experiment. I'm also making a tank myself but it's a single rotor.
MECK 4 Dec, 2014 @ 1:40pm
@#I'mATropicalFruit ... i see, iv tried that already, is their any "magic numbers for rotor displacement or somthing?, other wise if it works thanks, ( i work on alot of tanks and what not for my land-war server and was always wondering how could i make a 2 rotor turt for me tanks)
Jack the cuddler 28 Nov, 2014 @ 9:49am
ah, i see. takes some extra time i guess but looks realistic
Yamcha  [author] 28 Nov, 2014 @ 9:47am
No the rotors both work. There are two ways you can connect the two. First is by merge blocks and the second is through the control panel where you can attach and detach rotors which was implemented in the 01.057 update.
Jack the cuddler 28 Nov, 2014 @ 9:43am
nice stuff. how did you manage to fit the gund between two rotors? or is one just fake?
