Apparently, I'm a glutton for punishment. I can do this when you send me all the skills you want changed. My main issue is that changing stuff like Flurry or Whirling Axes invalidates a lot of diversity with some builds. I know someone on discord had a cool Int Warrior.

On the other hand, it could completely destroy some builds. Like warrior's totems don't make sense as hybrid, but you might want Leap and Chains to be, which would rocket them past Primalist. A similar thing would happen to Assassin VS Poison rogue.

I dunno. I can do it, but yeah. Also, is it worth me keeping my AIO - Boosted changes on each skill?

It's easy to add yourself (and can do it in your own mod, I believe). This is more just a proof of concept than a mod to add each individual skill.

What you want to do is just open up the rog_flurry.sval file in players>rogue>skills and change the line that says <string name="type">spell</string/

Change spell to hybrid and it *should* work? If you want the other changes from my other class mods for it, feel free to unpack them and use them privately or with friends.

Yes, as far as I've tested, this should overwrite NSR, but it may not have the right description.
