Do Import game then reload a save.

Now hold on. You can reload a world it's part of your options when making a new game. I refreshes npc placements and any updates to mods without losing a save. You can even reset your squad position to teleport back to the hub.

Still cant find him. I guess i need to create a new save. Thanks anyway.

He just wanders the vanilla hub. Even if it's modded it should be found. He spawns default in that abandoned building on the middle left of The Hub.
