Ah, I needed to switch to V69 in betas.

When you go to create a random game, it crashes and gives this error:
Failed Loading Assets!
File Corrupt: ...assets/init/race/KHELIAN.txt
Missing property: WORLD_NAME_FILE, in object starting at line: 1

Older versions may work fine with newer versions, but not the other way around. This was made for beta version v68 so you may need to wait until a stable release or you can opt into the beta version (though I do not know if saves will be lost or not).

I am not, I have few other minor mods that work fine, usually when a mod is out of date it says no version file but this is only case where its out of date and would let me load

The mod says its out of date and crashes when trying to start a new world
