In the game, there is a mirror item - you probably have to find it in cities like palmia royal palace (if I recall correctly) and access it to be able to add more accessories for your PCC.

The hoodie is on there as well. I figured this is best to not clutter the base PCC screen which is already full enough (slider) depending on your mod list.

How do you wear a hoodie? I couldnt find it in the character creator
