no its a mod like it removes the normal gmod limits but maybe adding wiremod or other thingy but it got support with uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh a menu to save the stuff

So limits as in you can remove the NPC limit from 200 to infinite? That kind of no limit?
