This perfectly hides higher tech research when used with World Tech Level, thank you! Now it's more readable.

When moving around the tree, lines will vanish when it certain spots.

Also; would it be possible to add the "Unlocks with X" when there's multiple prereqs. and the description about what tech level the research is, like in vanilla? Please?

Hi, can you add compatibility with Alternate Research Projects https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3332424173 ? Currently it only works with the vanilla research tab.

The mod also does not seem to have any sort of queue or indication of what Anomaly project you are studying unless you physically find it in the tree, either.

Is there still a way with this mod to see JUST the Anomaly Research? With the current implementation, it just kind of mixes all the Anomaly stuff in with the rest of the research tree, which is actually less useful than just not having any integration at all, since you don't *want* to see all that other junk when picking an Anomaly project, and vice versa.

Is it possible to swap around the mouse keys for "replace queue" and "add to queue"? I find it really annoying that a single misclick just instantly deletes whatever queue I had already setup before

My (Semi Random Research) settings-rework caused the compatibility of Research Tree (Mlie's version) to break. I made a small a update to re-add the variable research tree tries to read. I dont like that its name does no longer represent what it is actually doing, but for now it will do. If you worked around the changes by using the AnyEnabled my update to fix the compatibility with Mlie's version broke the compatibility with yours. If you heard the first time of this setting rework, this update will changed problems with SRR from catastrophic to small (as when someone disables/enables SRR for anomaly you may read the mod settings wrong)

The researches in Anomaly are dynamically unlocked as the investigation level increases, and some researches also require main researches as prerequisites. You can search using the search box in the top-left corner. As for returning to the Anomaly window, you can switch back to the vanilla by pressing Shift + clicking the research window

okay so good news, neutral news?

booted up the game to get you the hugslib logs, but low and behold, despite the issue happening for most of my sessions today, it is now working fine! Unfortunately that doesn't help you at all in case its an issue with the mod itself. Between sessions, I did have a handful of mods get updates, so it could be one of them was causing the incompatibility and whatever update they got fixed it.

I'll keep an eye out for it to happen again and will grab the hugslib logs the next time it occurs, but hopefully thats that. thanks again!

Regarding the slow initialization — compared to version 1.5, I’ve noticed about a 10-second delay on my end, and I’m currently working on fixing that.

But if it’s taking over 20 minutes and also causing game-wide slowdown, that’s definitely unusual.
Could you please grab a log when the issue happens, using HugsLib or the standalone Uploader ? That would be a huge help. Thanks a lot!

a small question, but is there a reason why it takes so much time to initialize? sometimes it takes more than 20 mins, and it really slows down the game for some reason. Just wondering, because i used to use ResearchPowl, and for that one the graph is ready on the spot, no waiting and no slowness, but it's missing all the integrations/fixes you have.

Hi everyone,
Just a quick rant — if you're going to report a problem with a mod, please provide some kind of useful information.

Saying “your mod is broken” and nothing else doesn’t help anyone. Imagine you’re the mod author — how are you supposed to fix something without knowing what went wrong, when it happened, or how to reproduce it?

At the very least, include a screenshot or an error log.
I'm not an AI — I can't magically guess what went wrong on your end.:steamsad:

The last update only changed the version number from 1.6.0-beta to 1.6.0, with no code-level changes at all.

I may be doing it wrong or its not intended, but while using this mod with no other research tree enabled, the original research tree opens up instead of the tree akin to the Research Pal mod. Am I doing something wrong?

You should be able to see relevant tooltip information when hovering over a research node.

Is it possible to modify this mod so that clicking on a research item doesn't clear everything else from the queue? If this mod were perfect click would add to the end of the Q, alt-click or right click would add it to the beginning.
