@Leteen how so I cant fix it if you don't tell me what brakes.
If it's the higher gear is not working very well that's because the input speed is too high and you need to swap out the pink gears to adjust the ratio.

I welded it but it is incredibly unreliable...

im having trouble ocnnceting he tranimmision and the hifter. asd well as the transmision to the engine and to the wheels.. please specify the weld, (or just make a video <3)
