The pics show the distance. The campfires can't be on the same tile as far as I know

Camp in the rain protects from the rain 1 tile away from the tent, so its not above the fire.

Would the tent catch on fire if it's above the fire, protecting it from rain?

That was fast! Thank you for the update

@HAL I'm going to add compatibility with Camp in the Rain so that tents protect the campfire and prevent it from going out

Does it go out if using "camp in the rain" mod?

@Madgamer50kenher has a great idea. I felt the same way and skipped this mod for that exact reason, but something where it has a fuel modifier would be really cool.

Can you make this work for snow aswell?
Madgamer50kenher 3 Apr @ 12:30pm
Although I do enjoy this mod I feel that there's a flaw in it, Realistically fires with a hot enough bed of coal's can burn through any rainstorm/snowstorm. What if there was a way to keep fires burning through the rain, Kind of like if the fires been lit and consistantly fueled for more than 5 hours, Then it wont go out in the rain, Given it has enough fuel too!

Thanks a lot!

@bubby_pz33 not sure honestly, I don't really know what would be balanced but maybe like every piece of firewood adds a 10-20 minute delay
bubby_pz33  [author] 29 Mar @ 7:32am
@Salvo I'll check out some lua timers. How much of a delay are you thinking?
Ghoste 29 Mar @ 7:31am
It would be cool if it was slower to go out the more fuel you have in the fire, so if you add more fuel in light rain you can make it last long enough for what you need.

Unless that is already a feature, either way good idea, I like it
