I'm not sure why WH is so adamant on making these changes not work. I'm struggling to get any combat animation to speed up nowadays.
not sure I can play without this any more :(

Hey guys, if you want, I can upload the 4.0 version here until I make a working substitute. The problem is that with the newer version of the files, WH has made it difficult to easily adjust speed. And doing it in the modding tools doesn't allow me to make the changes that I could before. I had a version that fixed all of the 4.0 issues, but now the speed changes won't take in-game.

This isn't abandoned, it's just hard to fix it because it's a monstrosity to deal with.

i stopped playing the game ever since this mod stopped working. This mod makes the combat way more fun and challenging. Are you still working on this mod Ryse?

yes, I deactivated every other mods to be sure there is no compatibility issues but the animations stayed the same as vanilla. I don't know for other people. I will do some more testing and adjusting tomorrow to see if it's me or if it just do not work. does it work for you though?

Are you sure there's no difference for you? Every single generated attack (which was a large effort) has had their speed, duration, exit and start times adjusted.

Yes, it's a not-very-intuitive file and process. And they completely changed it in the latest update.

it makes blocking againts heavy weapons a bit funky though, you cant perfect block at the start of their animation, you have to wait until they have almost hit you.

i wouldn't be able to play kcd2 without this mod and realish mods now. im finally getting bonked again.

the increased combat speed is so fun, every fight feels really tense, and when people remark in astonishment at Henry's combat feats, it doesn't feel out of place anymore.

i like the speed its at, after a few hours i got used to it. then combat felt a bit easy again so i had to check if it was still on
