How about then?
- Golden Apple: One apple and 4 gold Bars or platinum bars
- Enchanted Golden Apple: One life fruit and 8 golden apples (In total one life fruit, 8 apples and 32 bars)

i mean it works but the buffs that the enchanted golden apple gives for a such an easy crafting recipe its not as balanced as you think. I'll maybe tweak it a bit to make it more balanced!

I would have done it:
- Golden Apple: One apple and 4 gold Bars or platinum bars
- Enchanted Golden Apple: One life fruit and 4 golden apples

v i think 5 life fruit works. maybe also make it in one of the hardmode anvils

I'd recommend making it expensive, but not overtly so. Maybe an enchanted apple and 5 life fruit?
And you can always make a more powerful version that requires luminite for those that play Calamity and other post Moon Lord content mods.

Such an insane idea. It will be available in the next update, but just keep in mind, the enchanted golden apple will get some nerf in order to balance the buffs on each apple. Thanks for the idea mate 🫡

Maybe have the final version just be an extra life. It gives you 600 health back and a whole bunch of buffs, but potion sickness for two minutes.

You could always make a hardmode variant. It could use adamantite/titanium, and then the upgraded version could be 15 upgraded apples and a life fruit.

Jook_Nookem a enchanted golden apple is a good idea but I don't think that enchanted golden apple should be a post moon lord item. I'm looking forward adding it and so being crafted.

perhaps a Shimmerable variant that's more offensively geared or does something else entirely?

That or just a post moon-lord Enchanted Golden Apple, either way this looks really neat!
