As a heads-up, it is very likely that I will be unable to maintain any WH3 mods, including this one, starting in maybe a month or so.

Since WH3 rarely seems to cause any breaking changes to these scripts, my absence likely won't be an issue. I suspect that this mod will continue to function as usual. And perhaps other modders that enjoy scripting will step forward if needed.

It should work (at least in single-player) if you have (1) subscribed to the mod and (2) enabled it in your mod manager.

Are you perhaps trying to use it in multiplayer? I haven't had an opportunity to test this in multiplayer, so perhaps there is a compatibility issue. I'll add a note to the mod's description.

This troubleshooting discussion might have some useful suggestions (though not everything will be relevant to this mod).

If you still are having trouble after all that, please give me more info about how you are trying to use the mod and I'll see if we can figure it out.
