@Vrooktar any chance you could make Radious versions of the vehicle mods youv made for the dwarfs? :) would really appreciate it haha.

Not really. The empire already has the best gunpowder and artillery in the vanilla game. To me they don't feel like this part of their arsenal needs fixing.
I do have a few Empire ideas on a list, but there are many factions in more need of help.
So when I have more time for modding at some point again, I will probably go for other factions instead.
But you could totally try it yourself!
I am sure my mod here is a good foundation to instead make an empire tank.

Any chance you could make a special cannon for empire: the Glass cannon made of obsidian, manned by flagellants as themselves are glass cannons.

These cannons only fire magic rounds and has lower accuracy, also needs the religion building.

Any chance of getting updated unit cards for this mod and the aerial units mod? As of now the thumbnails stand out since they are screenshots.

Oh, i did also just noticed that the main guns do not seem to have a flash + smoke effect. I'm not sure if that's intentional or a little oopsie-doodle.

Brilliant mod, i love the style of these tanks. Thanks for your hard work. If i had to nitpick and offer any potential improvements it would be the textures looking too stretched and blurry.

Truly outstanding work. I've used several of your mods with pleasure, but this one wins top spot. I was not a fan of the looks of the previous tank mod, even though I still thought it was outstanding work. But these look exactly like I thought a dwarven tank would look like. Well done, sir. Well done.

I simply followed the draft from GW in that regard.
But we obviously don't have to follow it and I never really thought deeper about it.
I think I will at least try out how it looks to get rid of the tracks and try something different.

I agree with @Karnak about the Caterpillar Track used on Steam Engine armoured vehicle a bit of "ahead of the time" The better intermediate solution that fit in technology timeline are either Dreadnought wheels or Bonagente tracks, both were invented during the peak of steam engine age (1850-1900) and adopted in military services (Steam Tractor & Heavy Artillery) in real history.

I really like this mod. I just think the use of tank track is maybe a bit too tech still (and I would have prefered steam tank like wheel, it give more ''fantasy tech vibe''), but apart that detail I really like what you have done, so great job ! If you plan a even lesser tech one, I would love it.

Probably not, because it would multiply the required mod maintenance without a strong benefit. I am comitted to making sure that all my mods will always be as compatible and up to date as they can possible be though, to make sure that using them stays as unproblematic as possible.

No, I mean my SFO Submod of this Dwarf tank mod.
"2 Alternative Dwarf Tanks SFO Submod" is its name.
It contains all you need, because I had to make the same adjustment for SFO that you probably have to do for radious. All you have to do is take out all the other stuff.
Just tell me if there is a problem, we will get it done!

It would be very simple to fix though. I encourage you to fix it yourself. The SFO Submod basically had to do the same thing, because that introduced a Tier V foundry building as well.
All you have to do is open that mod with the RPFM Manager, and then take everything out, besides the one table that manages unit building requirements. Thats it.

I gotta say, i had same thing in mind that the other ones were TOO modern, maybe also make in this design something akin to WW1 Landships? I would also love a mortar unit.

It is very unlikely that radious, or any other mod for that matter, overwrote the building unlock list. The problem is more likely that a Tier 5 foundry doesn't even exist in vanilla, which means radious probably invented it, with the obvious result that said building is simply not in the list to begin with.
I don't know about other peoples heli mods, but if my gunship mod doesn't suffer from this issue, then my guess is, that they simply don't use buildings that radious invented.
I have not used radious for years though, so my perspective might lack relevant information.

I have a question, it seems that the moment i build the tier 5 foundry these units no longer appear, but the dawi heli mods dont seem to have this issue, is it due to radious overriding the unit unlock list per building?

You know... I'd love to see an armoured wooden and metal and bone land battleship tank for vampire coast 😁. Almost like a Queen Bess, but with a bigger gun, on some kind of tank chassis made of bone and metal and wood like it was some monstrocity salvage from the bottom of the ocean and cobbled together into something magnificent, and powerful! Yeah...

Anyway! For now these are actually really great looking! Thank you for your efforts in curios to see more of your ideas and designs :steamhappy:

I am not sure weither I see the Dawi Zharr as a tank faction.
They are a train faction though. Making armored train designs or something like that sounds interesting. Maybe thats something I will work on at some point!
