To those saying an anchor does not fit, and to GRUNK, the offshore project website logo has an anchor behind it, plus this quote literally from the website, with areas I have highlighted:

Tbh if u made this for soldier I think it may go even better. Navy references and in TF2 Classic he's got an anchor weapon.
