Yeah, you have to launch it through the custom stories' add-on tab lol. Same goes for any other mod you get from the workshop.

Or must i start by clicking "custom stories"? and then "add-ons" and then launch while "Maximum Difficulty" is marked?

No yeah, it should be there after shell shock. You don't have any other add-ons enabled, right?

I start the game, clicking new game. Then there are different options, very easy, easy, normal, hard, shell shock and custom. Your option is not there for me. Or perhaps i'm doing something wrong.

Only other possibility I can think of is that if you have another add-on, it might be causing a file conflict.

No idea what could be causing it, then. Not had any issues with it on my end, and nobody else has reported that happening.

Oh I did this but I enabled saving because I'm NOT a masochist. It took hours but I did it.

I would appreciate if you also added a difficulty thats between shell shock and max difficulty, call it nightmare or something. And make it work together with the survival mod, that would be sweet.
