You must have conflicting addons or you are not checking the right skin slots (unfortunatley i don't remember them).

You might have a conflicting addon, since the taurus only has few skin slots.

Can you make the CVPI skin replace the black/white seacrest county CVPI skin so we can use this skin with Photon?
