iirc it's not the armor set, it's Commander's Avatar itself spawned via console. For the white skin I was using this

How'd you get the commander avatar armor set? I have to know what mod that is.

In my current campaign (just past the mid point) I was thinking about just this issue. I play with PEXM3.4 and one of my psionics just got null lance which made me think about it...And *POOF* there's a mod! TY x 10!:steamhappy:
