I just started using this and I quite enjoy the aesthetics of the design. One problem I do find myself having though is that the central "Aquarium" office has people complaining about there being too much noise, particularly when a service team is assigned to them with desk phones. The one seat in the small offices with the heating/cooling floor grills also suffers from slight noise, which could easily be placed elsewhere instead.
