i think there is afew buildings that can work as a bank (no bank vault) but they still do work as a type of building for one

That's not a leak per-se but visible nodraw, I'll fix it in the next update.
About the stairs, I have no clue which stairs are affected but you shouldn't need to mount anything as all assets are included.

I'm gonna start a bugfix discussion, lets take matters there.

If you're wondering what a .ain file is, it's the file that holds the nodegraph. If the map has one (even an empty one, like this map) you can't load your own making npcs effectively useless on the map.

This map can't have a navmesh generated on it, but when it does work, it only generates 29 areas outside of the map.
