The price stats are far too low, and do not create a compelling simulation of rolling stock costs. Would you consider pricing the whole train in the region of 25+ million dollars? This estimate is based on the price for a 7 car HCMT set as published by Luke.P123. The cost for a B set Waratah should be greater than this, as a double decker train is more expensive than a single deck.

Could you please implement these real-life acceleration and braking stats?
