mb if this looks like rambling because it mostly is but oh my god helldivers is legit the most unfair character to play against in friendly matches
for starters i input stratagems too fast and my inputs dont get registered. at first i thought i was rusty and messing up but then i realized some of my inputs just werent being noticed. dunno if this is fixable but i see the ai spam out really quickly so maybe its a personal issue?
secondly, when i play with friends they complain about the diver being too strong. make the close range effect of the liberator weaker and parrying a bullet makes it fire slower for a bit. also add longer cooldowns to his explosive strongs, especially the rumbler. the spawnable mortar should be a lot more fragile.
aside from the balancing issues and the flaws, REALLY fun character! not at all game accurate though i dont pop like a balloon and lose all my limbs when i get hit with aoe
its fun, its crazy, and i even got someone who never played this game have an absurd amount of fun through this character.

At the moment, it feels almost a bit like a waste of a stratagem. I couldn't figure out quite what the intended use for it was.
My proposal, ATM, is to set it to at least 70 rounds, or, if even that doesn't feel right, match the MG-206 HMG at 100.
Or, I guess, explain why only getting 3 full seconds of shooting per drop is mandatory while the flamer gets five seconds, is more consistent, and more damaging. In case I'm actually just missing something and being dumb.

absolutely LOVING the mod, but I do agree with @Arco Nyan. An instant deployment of a stratagem once the code is input would be nice
