After reading the .lua files, it seems like this mod simply just unlocks everything and enables debug modes. I'm working on a resource/mineral cheat for anyone that wants it

I guess it allows the player to spawn resources on the planet's surface.

Looks like it enables the debug dev mode and unlocks everything. Also enables some kind of UI element, but I didn't check what it is. Resources related tho.
