pretty sure the annoyance is at it was implied that it would be updated a month ago, and with next to no communication from the dev...annoyance is bound to happen.

Мод будет обновлён в ближайшее время, должны были обновить 31 августа, сейчас дата выхода не известна так как у разработчика к сожалению возникли проблемы. Ожидаем новостей с нетерпением)

It may be pretty obvious that with the latest MD update it's not working properly, as vehicle design is limited to improving things like speed, damage, and so on, without allowing modification. Would there be any interest in updating it?
