1. Added a new MCT setting “Cheat: Infinite Oathbound.” When enabled, all Oathbound units will have their full recruitment capacity restored at the start of each turn.
2. Added 12 new artifact items, obtainable by the following heroes: Exalted Hero of Nurgle, Eshin Sorcerer, and Ice Witch (Tempest).
3. Added 2 new Final Challenges for obtaining artifact items, available to Exalted Hero of Nurgle and Ice Witch (Tempest). (There are now 8 Final Challenges in total.)
4. Added 1 new battle BGM, which plays during the Ice Witch (Tempest)’s Final Challenge “The Storm Awakens Within the Dream.”

Unfortunately, in multiplayer the quest battles currently have to be disabled. It might be theoretically possible to make them work in multiplayer, but that would require a lot of testing. I personally don’t play multiplayer and it’s quite difficult for me to find people to help with testing, so for now I’ve had to put that idea aside.
I’ve tested it with only my mod and SFO enabled, and I couldn’t reproduce the issue you described. It’s likely caused by another mod in your load order.

It sounds like a mod conflict. Please try enabling only my mod and see if the issue still occurs.
Then the issue you’re experiencing is not related to this mod. It’s likely caused by another mod you have installed. You can try enabling only this mod and starting a new campaign to see if the problem still occurs.
Could you please give me a few examples of which heroes and which mounts are missing? My guess is that the Legendary Characters mod adds hero-type restrictions to some mounts that originally didn’t have them, which might cause the mounts for my custom heroes to disappear. If you can provide a few examples, I’ll investigate it.
All factions can recruit all heroes. You can use Sub-Mod: Recruit All Heroes at Campaign Start to see all of them.
