faye, Thanks for the comment! Yes you can change the weather live, you must be an admin though.

Open the F1 menu and navigate to Server Addons, then open the gWeather support tab. Once you are there you can delete the current weather using the handy button, and then add a new random one! Sadly I never coded a way to change to a specific weather on command but the source code is linked in the description if anyone wants to do it lol

Hey, I really like the addon, but it seems like the gweather chance command is not working. I'm getting weather effects every round despite the percent.
